⚠️PET OWNERS: The Isle of Palms Police Department asks people to use caution when walking small pets on Isle of Palms due to increased coyote sightings. Last year in April there were only 2 sightings, while this year there have been 12. If you do see one, report it to IOPPD’s emergency number (843) 886-6522. Also, they recommend making loud noises to scare aware coyotes and to never turn your back on them.
